You would be better off using standard leyland trade matt emulsion as the mist coat.

The contract emulsion marks easily and can t be wiped clean it would just come off on the cloth and even transfers onto your clothes if they are wet and you brush against it.

When a paint is vinyl it means that there has been a certain resin added to the paint.
Vinyl matt light space has not been upgraded excellent application and finish.
